• Manage short and long-term forecasting
• Implementation and launch of local distribution center for retail business
• Monitoring and improving transportation process from (sea and air freight) to final destinations (local warehouse or directly to customers)
• Controlling factories before mass production launch to provide best quality products for customers
• Managing and controlling of invoicing process in 3 different Business Units within the Group
• Ensure key support to optimize logistics costs level for local organization as well as for the Group
• Support of after sales teams to organize optimized after sales service solutions for goods sold, reviewing and monitoring return and failure rates of the products (also during Fast Quality Loop)
• Cooperation with the Group's headquarter logistics and productions teams, auditors, marketing, after sales, accounting, etc.,
• Acting as Quality Representative – member of ISO system maintenance team (internal, external audits etc.),
• Project management for mass volume products for key customers
• Support to manage back office team (order desk, sales representatives, accounting, technicians),
• Responsible for opening branch office of local organization in CEE country in terms of logistics and environmental aspects

• Negotiating terms and prices with international TLS companies (road, sea and air transport).
• Creating and controlling the procedures which has been introduced in Service and Logistics Departments
• Managing the team of people responsible for Service Departments and Warehouse
• Negotiating after sales services contracts
