HR Business Partner
Implementation and improvement of HR policy. Area of responsibilities:
• Implementation and development of HR procedures and policy (employee satisfaction surveys and assessments, career paths, exit interviews, periodic employees' appraisal)
• Supporting managers in HR aspects, especially in the area of recruitment and selection, performance management, talents’ identification and development paths definition, reward & recognition practices
• Supporting the implementation of the business strategy by ensuring the coherence of the strategy of human resource management
• Preparation of reports / summaries and analyzes as per departmental needs
• “First aid” for employees for all HR related matters
• Onboarding process coordination for the new employees
• Organizing company events
• Cooperation with payroll team
• Cooperation with HR Team from headquoter (German) and branch in Ukraine
