• responsible for the whole recruitment process in IT area: searching and screening candidates for clients vacancies, preparing candidates reports in order to present them to the client, conducting interviews
• searching & qualifying IT talents on the market
• creating job descriptions based on clients needs, defining skills sets required for the positions
• arranging interviews and negotiating salary expectations
• evaluating and reporting candidates skills and experience in relation to job descriptions delivered by clients
• assisting the candidate during the course of the recruitment process
