• Operations managing – responsible for the work of an employees with particular emphasis on KPIs, productivity, quality, procedures, knowledge level,
customer service standards and work discipline;
• Motivating team to improve and maintain efforts in order to achieve high performance e.g. through the creation of bonus schemes;
• Preparing reports, analysis and volume forecasts.
• Cooperating with trainers / coaches in the preparation of trainings;
• Monitoring progress of team members’ competencies.
• Making decisions about promotion, recruitment, release and also providing disciplinary actions for the team of employees.
• Identifying customer needs and resolving problems in accordance with the standards
and operating procedures.
