- Provide a comprehensive HR framework to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources in order to support the long term growth of PANDORA Central and Western Europe.
- Adopt the global HR strategy, design and introduce regional HR policies and procedures, manage all aspects of employee relations, secure effective development programs, introduce best recruitment practices, implement periodic assessment systems as well as build and develop the regional HR department.
- Provide advice and guidance in all aspects of HRM across the organization as well as secure compliance with associated legislation.
