• supporting lead consultants on the implementation and ongoing operation of online benefits clients
• gathering detailed benefits requirements and based on these defining detailed functional and process
• supporting acceptance testing at implementation and renewal, ensuring a successful launch of the solution to client's employees
• liaising with other teams to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated
• identifying clients' needs and developing future plans

• providing pre-sales and post-sales support to internal and external customers /partners in six EMEA countries on a daily basis
• preparing the renewal quotations, validating maintenance pricing and discounts
per current policies
• preparing manual invoices and credit notes in Oracle and generating
maintenance charges in Siebel for renewed maintenance contracts
• maximizing services revenue while growing customer satisfaction
• being first point of contact to verify if customer is entitled for service
• maintenance of Insight (Siebel) Services, Agreements, Entitlements and Assets
• resolving interface import errors and ensuring that all changes to equipment
are properly recorded
• creating or modifying support agreements as per customer request

• processing accurately in line with the required accounting deadlines
• purchasing invoices and credit notes
• preparing on time regular payment runs for purchase invoices
• answering queries on invoices, payments in a professional and timely manner
• assisting and as appropriate recommending efficiency and process improvements
• processing SAP master data transaction
• assisting at compliance screenings

• inducting new members of staff
• recruiting, training and motivating staff
• responding to customer complaints in a professional manners
• taking reservations
• organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
• preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
• analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
• checking stock levels and ordering supplies
• helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
