In charge of new projects and processes implementation with the purpose to support aftermarket department’s double digit growth in the next 2 years (e.g. design, development and implementation of front-end analytics tool and design of solution sales approach for different market segments: retail, transport, and rental).

Leading EMEA Employee Group which helps new hires get on board quickly and effectively and support building a networking platform among all employees.

Lead Sales Excellence projects which goal was to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of sales team in EMEA (50 employees).
Winning Culture creation through recognition program and revamped internal communication process for Thermo King EMEA (over 550 employees), to ensure the connection of leadership vision and strategy with the field team.
Ran employee engagement process across NA and EMEA region.

Managed the recruitment process for Nokia Siemens Networks (IT positions on different seniority level), incl. passive talent sourcing (LinkedIn, Monster) and interviewing candidates, promotion strategy, job fairs.

Implemented and managed International Business Development and internship programs (process, assessment standards, on-boarding, employer branding, job fairs). Lead a team of 3members.

Expanded product and telecom solution offered to Polish market. Included market
research, proposal creation and development of sales pipeline.

In an executive team of 7 different nationalities managed a $3 million non-for profit organization. Managed AIESEC’s US main product (Global Internship Program - 47% growth) and advice on the development of West Coast’s offices (university based).
In addition coordinated logistics of 2 national conferences (300 participants each) and managed partnerships with external stakeholders (companies and universities).

In an executive team of 14 people managed a $2.8 million non-for profit organization (3rd largest unit in the World). Managed the Global Internship Program (oversaw and advice on recruitment life cycle for 19 offices, which achieved an average of 200% growth during my tenure) and opening of new local chapter in a new untapped region of Poland.

Promoted and positioned the Company’s brand and products at Krakow University of Economy, including its promotion during local Career Fairs.

• Local Committee Vice President International Exchange Program (conducted interviews, planned strategy for the local office to support its growth, planned recruitment and selection process, leaded trainings for members, coached project leaders- helped them to develop professional skills (team management) and achieved their goal, built international cooperation with India, Vietnam, Germany).
• Project Manager (Social Responsibility project which increased cultural tolerance among students in Cracow, PL; planning and management, budgeting and controlling, preparing offers, team leading, motivating people).
• Project Leader for Local Conference for 60 people (project coordination, price negotiations with hotels, delegated tasks).

• Managed both companies due to owners absence;
• Assisted customers and helped them with purchases;
