Developing business long term strategy and increasing sales of Porocel products designed for the refineries, petrochemical, and gas processing plants - chloride guards, defluorinators, dehydration, Claus catalysts, inert bed supports.
Responsible for the customers located in Albania, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Sweden, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia.
Responsible for accounts: Rosneft, Lukoil, UOP, CEPSA, Gazprom, Sibur, Bashneft, PKN Orlen Group
Regular interaction with other Porocel sales managers, plant employees, customers (purchasing, production and technical departments), commercial representatives, independent inspectors etc.
Preparing the forecasts for territories – short, medium and long term.
Reporting the situation on the market, customer visit reports, updating the client database, catalyst change-out database.
Follow up opportunities from preparing quotes and tender documents, negotiating (terms and conditions) to closing profitable sales deals.
Strengthen the relationship with Porocel customers- customer visits (at least 40 visits annually), technical support, problem solving assistance.
Responsible of achieving the objectives such as meeting the Annual Operating Plan in terms of volumes, revenues and margins, collecting market information, customers visits.
Preparing of the Commercial & Technical Quotations.
Searching and indentifying new customers, and business opportunities.
Customer job satisfaction follow-up.
Managing local agents to improve a local support, and good contact with local clients.

Process Engineer
Grupa Lotos SA (Oil Refinery), Gdansk, Poland
o Process engineer at Base Oils Units: Propane Deasphalting, Furfural Solvent Extraction, DiMe Solvent Dewaxing, Hydrotreating/Hydrofinishing, Tank Park
Day-by-day monitoring of key parameters, test run reporting, optimization of energy consumption, short process studies using process simulator PetroSIM (Hysys – based), troubleshooting. Superintending process control in the Base Oils Plant.
Research and development for new production processes and their follow up until full production is achieved, including yield enhancement. Implement 5 new products from the Lube Plant- TDAE Raffinate, Hardwax, microcrystalline Hardwax, Base Oils: 150N and 300N.
Co-inventor of the TDAE plasticizer production technology (registered in Polish Patent Office).
Experienced test runs leader- preparing test runs instructions & reports, superintending test runs (Control Room Operators, Lab Analysis etc.). In particular: Exchanging Brightstock Extract by the Slope Fraction in fluxing the PDA feed for the Bitumen Unit, Production of TDAE Raffinate on the Furfural Extraction Unit (reprocessing Extract as a feed), Production of the Hard Waxes on the DiMe Solvent Dewaxing Unit (reprocessing Slack Wax as a feed), Checking the possibilities of the increasing capacity & swing cuts on the Atmospheric Distillation Column, Processing Hydrocracker Bottoms on the Vacuum Distillation Unit, for the Base Oils production, Production of the Group II Base Oils from the Hydrocracker Bottoms Cuts on the DiMe Dewaxing and Hydrofinishing Unit.
Work, and communicate effectively with Operations and Senior Management, engineers, plant personnel, technicians, vendors, contractors, and external consultants- to prioritize work, execute tests, obtain needed supplies and services, and report results of projects.
Risks identification and assessment. Preparing reports from process inspections and investigations, safety reports. Controlling of uses of the dangerous substances. Being a team member during preparation and implementing emergency plans.
Development of process documents: Basis of Design, H&MB, PFD, P&IDs, process data sheet, performance tests, procedures, utility balance, cause and effect diagram, Design and Operating manual.
Controlling work of the Control Room & Plant Operators, involved in Control Room Operators training.
Superintending contracts (as a Lead Engineer) with Engineering Companies for modernisation, and revamp studies of Furfural Extraction and Solvent Dewaxing Units in particular: verification of all engineering diagrams including P&IDs and PFD, checking process documentations, trouble shooting, HSE, calculation if required; FEED, supervision on investment of unit revamp during engineering phase
