Datarino uses data to create unique, tailor-made solutions for our Clients. One of these solutions is Cluify - a tool allowing for precise offline targeting and online marketing. My job here is to make the best use of this tool by managing ad campaigns in GDN and Facebook, and develop our knowledge in order to create a smooth and clear process of running extremely efficient and effective ad campaigns for our customers.

Main responsibilities:

- manage a team of experts running complex GDN & Facebook ad campaigns for various clients
- analyze online traffic and measure offline conversions for those campaigns
- create reports and campaign plans taking into account various marketing goals
- gather and develop expert knowledge on online marketing, RTB, DMPs and other high-tec solutions
- analyze the needs of potential clients in terms of their marketing activities and support them by providing advice on website best practices, basic UX, marketing channels and graphic materials
- cooperate with customer support, business analyst, graphic designer and developers
- monitor competition and current trends in SEM and mobile marketing
- support other Cluify teams in ad campaigns

TransPlace is a product engaging a lively and extended community of road transport passionates, and provides a platform for exchaning news, experiences and opinions. My job here is to identify customers’ needs and transplat those needs to product functionalities, communicate the product to the market and help it develop in a direction which will bring profits both to the customers, and the company.

- Creating a strategy for developing a social media platform on Polish and international markets

Lead Editorial Producer and Content Manager for the largest food website in the world. Allrecipes.pl is one of 17 Allrecipes International websites to provide authentic recipes from our users and I am here to oversee the submission process, organize the website's structure and taxonomy based on SEO, collaborate with the design and development teams to provide an excellent product, and run the social media representing the site (Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+).

Main responsibilities:

- Daily operation of the website and associated media channels.

- Research and analyze SEO and traffic metrics and use them to create and manage site content taxonomy and keyword system.

- Create and execute a content publication strategy based on SEO and traffic analytics.

- Optimize information architecture for search engines and intuitive navigation.

- Develop, localize, and publish recipes and articles to support business goals, sales and content initiatives.

- Review and monitor user-submitted content based on knowledge of SEO best practices and culinary expertise.

- Collaborate with design and IT development teams on User Interface (UI) and employ User Assistance (UA) best practices to write and localize UI text.

- Manage flow of incoming consumer inquiries via multiple channels and respond following Allrecipes brand and customer communication standards.

- Collaborate with the video team to produce globally relevant videos, localize video scripts, take part in the recording of cooking videos, and publish them on YouTube using SEO-driven strategy.

- Build and manage all social media channels, such as YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and Google+.
