Responsible for several very successful high profile data migration projects of commercial loan portfolios, closely monitored by Irish authorities. Setting up the migration plans, migration strategy and mapping and logistics. Transferring in each of the projects the required portfolios from different external systems to T24.

From scratch defining objectives, the organization and the procedures to implement standard for the creation of country specific developments and parameterizations that are used as a basis for implementations in several countries.
Building the organization and, together with the assigned manager for the offshore activities building the teams, training them and successfully delivering the first models in spite of increasing limitations in budgets and staff. (4 country models delivered in the first year).
Working worldwide, China, Canada, India, Middle East and Europe.
After the last reorganization, the responsibility is moved to the offshore location and the role is changed to manage the on-shore product managers for the countries, where projects are being run. Currently responsible overall for assessing and defining the product scope of country and region specific functionality.

Managing a team of 4 pre sales consultants and a sales assistant, based in Athens, Greece.
During this period working on RFP / RFI proposals and system demonstrations, workshops and presentations for prospects and existing customers on Temenos T24 functionality. Focus on quality of answers, connecting with customers, convincing and preparing quality presentations and flawless demonstrations.
Working with the team under high time pressure with tight deadlines, delivering on time and with the quality , needed to support the sales process from beginning to end.

Performing over the years several different roles with different responsibilities, building up an all round experience around the implementation, upgrading, maintenance and operation of Core Banking software.

Working on projects is Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Poland and Netherlands.
