Digital Department Director
My present responsibility focuses on improving customer experience in digital channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Web Sites). My goal is to create and implement a new digital strategy for Getin Noble Bank. I manage 8 people divided into two teams: Internet Marketing Team (responsible for bringing new customers through digital channels and build the bank's presence on the web) and Service Design Team (responsible for improving service to our customers in the digital channels).

I led an innovative Fin-tech project dedicated to a group of unbanked customers based on electronic money, oriented towards acquiring a new customer segment. Scope of the project: developing a mobile banking application (iOS, Android), an online banking system, a handling system – CRM, a middleware CORE system, preparing a product offer, building a sub-brand, a sales and communication strategy, establishing a Contact Centre, acquiring business partners. I reported directly to the Management Board, 50-member team was involved.

During my first year in Getin Noble Bank I was responsible for Noble Bank's brand in private banking segment. At the beginning of 2012 I started to manage Getin Bank’s brand from mass segment. I was responsible for creating marketing strategy for the brand and coordinating implementation of it. I carried out all kinds of marketing campaigns: ATL, BTL, digital, social. My team consisted of 10 people.
I was also a co-author of the Bank’s “Getin UP” strategy regarding i.a. the marketing strategy for rebranding campaign, online banking, mobile banking and technological innovations. I was engaged in every phase of the project - from the concept, through implementation, to project settlement.

My job was to provide strategic vision and work with creative teams to implement it into the final concept of a commercial. I ran internal and external workshops, collected and analysed data about markets, new trends, and customer behaviours. The final goal was to find relevant insights and create a big idea for a brand. I led and supported 4-person team of Planner.
I developed strategic proposals for Euro Bank, Algida (Big Milk, Carte D’Or), Liberty Direct (launch strategy), LOT, Johnso&Johnson (Neutrogena).
