Recruitment Manager
- ensuring that an effective, efficient recruitment service is delivered to RPO clients in Tricity,
- providing a tailored recruitment process to meet our client’s individual & cultural needs,
- formulating the strategic direction with the RPO Senior Manager,
- ensuring that the strict recruitment SLA’s are monitored, measured and met at all times,
- management and training of on-site and off-site resource to ensure the client has a highly motivated team delivering their service,
- setting the quarterly and annual objectives for the team,
- managing revenue and activity targets in conjunction with the RPO Senior Manager and Executive Manager.

Talent Acquisition Team Leader
Responsible for:
- Managing high-volume recruitment portfolio in fast-paced business environment;
- Liaising closely with HAYS clients in regards of their recruitment needs;
- Developing job descriptions and candidate’s profiles based on briefings and in-depth requirements analysis;
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates;
- Delivering required candidates’ pipeline in timely and efficient manner;
- Mediating and negotiating with candidates;
- Mentoring and coaching team members;
- Conducting labour market analysis;
- Providing direction, instructions and guidance to team members;
- Managing the flow of day-to-day operations.
