Regional HR Business Partner
Regional HR Business Partner for Institutional Client Group CE5 Countries (RO, BG, CZ, SK, HU)
- Proroviding support across all areas of the HR including recruitment, succession planning, employee development, employee retention, performance management, promotions and compensation.
- Partnering with business on planning and executing of reorganisation
- Guide Managers through HR topics

- Acting as a specialist in HR field by providing key transactional and knowledge support
- Solving complex HR request escalated by the first line ensuring compliance with the Labor Legislation of Russian Federation, Company Policies & Procedures as well as Internal Audit requirements
- System maintenance and reporting:
> Performing all type of actions in SAP HR
> System administration of benefits (Pension Plan, Voluntary Medical insurance etc.)
> Processing mass actions and complex reorganisation
> Maintaining different type of personnel information in SAP HR (all data interfaced with local Payroll System)
- Job description evaluation based on HAY Methodology, Member of Job Evaluation Committee
- Internal SAP HR Trainer
- Processing Merit Cycle
- Participation in comparative global and local remuneration surveys on wages, pay policies, benefits and employment conditions
- Escalation of any spotted mistakes and gaps in procedures, propose amendments based on the analysis of market requirements vs company policies
- Testing HR systems and tools based on ad hoc needs and before business releases

- Coordination of the recruitment process from end to end for UPM in the United Kingdom: support to recruiting managers; approval process; internal & external publication (jobboards, newspaper & professional magazines); candidate's support; interview scheduling etc.
- Part of UK Transition Team: mapping of the existing HR processes in the UK, creation of Desktop Procedures for the processes, implementing HR processes in newly growing HR Contact Center
- Administration of Psychometric Testing (SHL) for candidates and employees
- Daily support to Managers and Employees for all HR related matters
- Testing of new and existing HR Tools before implementation and Business Releases
- Liaising with external services providers (Recruitment agency, Publishers, University Careers Department, Job Centers)
- Training new starters
- Coordination of transition for e-Vendor from sourcing team to HR (SAP UP6)
- Monitoring HR Tools performance, reporting bugs, active cooperation with IT specialists for resolving bugs
