POSITION: JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (in Secondary CEE team)
RESPONSIBILITES: operational for Poland, Bulgaria: cooperation with carriers, Warehouse teams, Customer Service department; transport organization, management of UTMS processes, creating reports for internal and external needs; payment process: transport costs management, reporting to Finance Department; UTMS implementation (in progress); claims management; documents flow management – PODs

RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service (mainly Unilever, Wrigley and Kraft Foods/Mondelez); support for Production Department in preparing production plan accordingly to raw and packs availability; preparation reports for internal and external customers; organization and lead of weekly calls with customer; implementing new products to the production line: contact with suppliers, preparing artworks, organizations in production trials, preparing FGs specification; creating BOMs

Acqusition of production materials; stock control;
trade negotiations with suppliers; cooperation with suppliers; management of complaints to suppliers; production planning based on customer needs and the availability of materials for Kraft Foods/Mondelez, Wrigley, Nestle; preparation, implementation, execution of new projects for Frito Lay, Kims, Wedel, Regilait, Creapaper; international customer service; preparing reports for internal
and external customers; transport organization
