 Cooperation with banks, government organizations and investment companies for the purpose of investment funds acquisition (calculation of investments projects attractiveness, search and analysis of investments sources, preparation of documentation);
 creation of the investment proposals in construction business (commercial and residential real estate) with cash flow and P&L;
 Obtainment of bank guarantees;
 Monitoring of bank deposit market;
 Servicing of current credit portfolio of the Company (preparation of the reports and financial statement, control over routine operations);
 Consulting and control of employees work.

 client’s search and work with credit applications (contacting the clients’, preparation and collecting of credit application documentation, work with bank departments, final preparation of the application for the credit committee);
 reports preparation;
 analyzing of the clients’ financial statement;
 Preparation of the credit and additional agreements, monitoring of credit operations (calculation and control over client’s agreement covenants, monitoring of percentages payment and repayment of credit funds according to the schedules), control of credit operation accruals, working with bank program “B2”, calculation of penalty payments;
 Coordination of group work.
