Job Profile
• Reviewing of the specification, design documents and ensuring that all the proposed system are meeting the requirement.
• Generation of technical documents like RFI, MIRF, IRF, material submittals, engineering calculations verifications, installation operation and maintenance procedure etc. for the project.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations material submittals, make price comparison and make sure the material delivery to site as per the scheduled date.
• Coordinates with construction management team for readiness of the building for installation of MEP equipment, ducts and pipe lines.
• Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organized the site in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
• Supervise and monitor the site labor force through foreman and monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per client’s satisfaction.
• Material procurement and inspection of incoming quality of material as per specification and keep record of material stock for smooth flow of work.
• Maintain work activities in accordance with the construction schedule, latest approved drawings, method of statement, material and mockups.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer to prepare inspection request for completed work and material inspection request and to ensure that any non-conformity has been reported through a NCR by the client and clear immediately.
• Witness pre-construction and commissioning activities related to the discipline and ensure full compliance with project requirements.
• Examine all work area and method to adhere to safety policies and ensure high quality of work and output all the time.
