•Works with BU Program Leaders / Planners to develop an artwork master plan
•Artwork CPS owner – creates schedule w/ Program Manager/ Initiative Operational Leader to synchronize with initiative CPS and highlight in advance capability issues.
•Provides leadership to ensure artwork activities are synchronized and integrated with key initiative activities/milestones.
•Leads artwork multi-functional team meetings to address, resolve, and/or escalate issues for decisions.
•Apply the appropriate Change Management SOP for changes within the artwork process.
•Facilitates supply chain priority calls on artworks.
•Communicates to Program Manager/ Initiative Operational Leader implications of requested changes.
•Ensures the timely transfer of information externally (art studio, color separator, etc) and internally.
•Ensures the proper use of templates where appropriate.
•Leads effective post initiative critique sessions on all major initiatives.

• Participation in privatisation projects.
• Supporting cooperation with suppliers.
• Conducting the analysis and reporting within the scope of the Group.
• Participation in current projects in the field of operational restructuring.
• Preparing business plans for new investments.
• Preparing presentations for the management board.

• Translation and preparation of label’s text for medical products taking legislative requirements into consideration.
• Coordination of work connected with labels preparation – cooperation with headquarters, factories from EU and among other Departments of Nutricia Poland.
• Translation documents for Medical Department.
• Preparation of presentations for Medical Department.
• Preparation and updating databases.
• Archiving documents.

• Preparation of positions description.
• Preparation of recruitment adds and loading them on carrier websites of Universities and in the Internet.
• Research of candidates for vacats.
• Arrangement of meetings, video conferences, phone calls within recruitment process.
• Informing candidates about recruitment results.
• Preparation of communication about new employees in the company.
• Preparation and up-dating of presentations about employees rotation.
• Preparation of training sets for Assessment Center.
• Administration work, archive of the agreements.
• Preparation of the exhibition for charity (social project).
