• Maintain a constant candidate pipeline through effective recruitment activity
• Liaise with central team to coordinate the placement of adverts, as required
• Selection of suitable candidates to fill the available roles through interviews and background-screening
• Conduct assessment/induction training and supply additional trainings (IFS, GSAT) as per client's needs and requirement
• Providing administrative control/support for the Airside Pass application process
• Manage day to day compliance to required standard
• Operate in line with company policies and procedures
• Deliver best in class service and customer care to client and candidates
• Maintain strong relationships across the business
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met
• Input and check data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy
• Completing invoices for both company and client
• Prepare documents required for client review meeting
• Building strong relationships internally and externally
• Advertising for applicants in such a manner that will generate the largest / best quality response.
