Team Leader Recruitment
• Supervising and motivating a team of 8 specialists and 4 interns (supporting Swiss, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Italian and French entities of Philip Morris in recruitment activities); managing the daily service operations.
• Taking care of proper transfer knowledge and training for team members.
• Maintaining and improving quality standards within the team as well as identifying and bringing forward opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes for Philip Morris International Management SA for managerial and executive roles (from initial discussion regarding profile to contract preparation and hiring action in SAP system).

Recruitment Specialist
• Initiating recruitment process based on the request from the hiring manager. Conducting client brief meeting with the hiring manager, preparing the recruitment plan (including selection of sourcing channels) and posting the job ad internally/externally.
• Conducting application pre-screening, initial and panel competency-based interviews in English, French and Polish.
• Recruitment activities for Philip Morris entities in Poland (04.2007 – 10.2007) and in Switzerland (10.2007-10.2008)
• 2 months mission in Philip Morris International Management SA/Philip Morris Products SA in Lausanne and Neuchatel, Switzerland – knowledge transfer.
• Co-leading introduction of new recruitment business model across Philip Morris entities in Poland and Switzerland , train managers in new recruitment processes (Process and Roles, HR IS software – TALEO)
• Responsible for employer branding for PM Polska (April’07 – Nov ‘07)
• Preparing contracts and performing hiring actions in SAP system
