• Negotiation of key customer contracts and monitoring and management of performance targets and deadlines.

- Supervising the whole cycle of customer service within SME customers segment.
- Coordinating sales initiative of product generators Units for BRE Bank as well as for the entire BRE Group.
- Executing task related to fulfilling sales targets of Bank (and the Group) offer dedicated for SME and managing relationship with Customers (building customer’s profitability, actively acquiring new customers and identifying new sales opportunities).-
- Organising and participating in conferences and business meeting with customers, as well as presenting the Bank offer for SME.
- The key player in the development of Bank offer (close cooperation with Manager of SME Team within the scope of monitoring competition activities and analysis of Customers’ needs).
- Close collaboration with sales analyst (within SME segment) and Cards Operations Division.

- Building the network of sales agents and partners and co-creating distribution channels for SME Segment (actively searching for new operational and technical solutions).
- Analyzing functioning of distribution channels within the area of SME segment, setting needs and participating in preparation of new solutions.
- Monitoring competition’s’ offers r concerning distribution channels – identifying and analyzing rationality of extending offer for SME.
