Personnel Manager
HR Strategy
Contribute to the development of business strategy as a member of management team in order to provide clarity and business direction. Align business strategy into HR objectives and action planning by HR master plan and Business Balance Scorecard. Deploy Annual Operation Plan and provide with departmental budget and costs of salaries.
Organizational capability development
Support in Organizational Capability Development Plan in order to be able fulfills the strategic business objectives. Steer organizational capabilities via leadership process, change management culture and competence development.
Staffing
Define strategic targets and priorities for staffing. Forecast employment-planning process and translate into recruitment needs. Recruit and select staff. Ensure that staff is well motivated and equipped for current and future business challenges.
Employee development
Manage of staffing development activities including: learning, development planning, execution of development plans and improvement planning. Aligning human resources to the business strategies, to enable achievement of the business objectives, now and in the future.
Talent management
Manage of talent management process including: talent management policy and tools, talent recruitment, talent identification, talent development, process monitoring and improvement planning.
Performance management
Manage of performance management process including: performance management policy and tools, setting and evaluating individual targets, evaluating demonstrated and required competencies and values, defining development needs, calibration process, process monitoring and improvement planning.
Reward & recognition
Manage of reward & recognition process in line with strategy including: development reward and recognition policy and tools, salary review process, incentive design and targets, benefits, promotion, job grading and evaluation, non-financial programs, process monitoring and improvement planning. Responsibility of salary budget preparation.
Data management and HR systems
Develop and maintain HR systems and procedures for management in order to support management team in their people management.
Administration
Ensure personnel administration to assure the fulfilment of law and legislation norms.
