Responsible for all areas of HR within the group, reporting directly to the CEO and board of directors, based in Leicester Square:
 Work closely with senior management to ensure consistent implementation of HR strategy
 Strategic business partner, working in close partnership with line managers across the group in order to meet HR related requirements of the business needs and objectives
 Manage HR projects in order to ensure a fully integrated HR service to the restaurants teams - proactive management of workforce planning ; analysis and interpretation of HR trends and data; resourcing and recruitment needs; L&D initiatives; managing the payroll information and identifying HR interventions resulting in improvement of the company functioning and achievement of the operating goals
 Establish credible, sustainable and influential working relationship with all Managers across the group. Provide first line advice to managers on all HR policies, procedures and guidelines, priorities, problem solving, staffing issues where HR expertise can have a positive impact, using appropriate analysis and organisational assessment
 Oversee closure of 2 sites – inclusive of managing the redundancy & redeployment cycle of the workforce involved
 Pensions roll out project – People’s pension
 Manage all ER and recruitment matters within the group
 Liaise with external Legal support provider as per company policy on Employees Relations matter as and when ap-propriate on occasion where needed
