Managing IT Suppliers.

Carry out the sourcing strategies. Responsible for the smooth running and operation of the TOP Sourcing programme (purchasing strategy) within Experience in working in international company.
Creating and managed expenditure and savings reports
Leading and negotiated of the contract with the Suppliers for a complete IT services and technical support of the IT systems - covering HW equipment, specialized software and dedicated application assuring availability for customer of Orange. Meeting contractual obligations and giving our customers the proper level of support.
Supervising all orders under the contracts, contracts analysis, orders accuracy, protocols and invoicing.

Managed 10 staff members within Logistics Department. Designed measurable goals to be achieved by this Department.
