• Recruitment and qualification of external suppliers to guarantee capacity, cost-effective business and high quality: actively seeking out new resources to build suppliers’ database or fill missing language pair needs recruiting freelance translators/proofreaders/translation agencies, subject matter experts, as well as voice-over and subtitling vendors in 20 language pairs, covering the following target languages: Polish (all source combinations), Slovak, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean (and other Asian languages), Estonian, Romanian.
• Managing the recruitment process: looking for candidates & publishing job ads, testing and interviewing candidates, screening references, negotiating rates and conditions of cooperation, concluding contracts of cooperation on behalf of the company.
• Suppliers management: validating and qualifying suppliers, negotiating rates and conditions of cooperation with new and existing external suppliers, monitoring suppliers’ rates through regular review of the suppliers’ database, assisting production staff with difficult project placements, selecting & recommending suppliers for projects, updating translators’ profiles, acting as the first point of contact dealing with feedbacks, escalating possible problems, organising trainings, etc.
• Quality & ISO Management: feedbacking suppliers on their work, monitoring their performance on a regular basis, active participation in developing the general company policy of assigning corrective & preventive actions to the suppliers, track project-specific non-conformances, initiating corrective and preventive actions according to ISO procedures, conducting Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with key suppliers.
• EU tenders: preparing documents for EU tenders the company participates in.
• Company promotion: promoting the company on the local job market – organising trainings conducted by the company employees and running company presentations at universities and high schools offering language studies programms.
• Minor recruitments: internship recruitment, testing interns for entry-level positions.

• Resources management (selecting & recommending subcontractors for projects, being the first point of contact in cases of feedbacking, dealing with complaints, escalating possible problems, rate negotiations, organising trainings, praising and similar.)

Working in English and German with the use of the specialist recruitment software OneSource/TalentLink:
• Servicing the German, Swiss and the Czech Republic branch of the company-client (CSC) in the scope of financial outsourcing – producing monthly financial reports, processing invoices of subcontractors;
• Duties connected with the last stage of the recruitment process – preparing employment contracts and the extensions thereof for the employees of the German and Swiss branch of the company-client (CSC).
