Main Responsibilities:
- implementing standard HR processes taking into account the specific nature of the businesses in Poland

Main responsibilities:
- support managers in creating personnel policy (department structure, motivating, assess a potential, trainings, talent management), help in solving problems,
- coordinating quarterly employee assessment,
- conducting recruitment processes of managers, engineers, specialists and trainees and cooperation with recruitment agency,
- creating and conducting trainings for managers and specialists,
- help in organization in-business trainings for EMEA region,
- improvement of HR processes (recruitment, adaptation of a new employees, applying for overtimes...)
- creating reports(holidays, overtime, costs , HC-direct,indirect,temps,salaried),
- organizing internships for students and pupils,
- creating quarterly newsletters, updating information to the intranet site,
- cooperating with career offices and representing the company at job fairs and conferences organized by the Wroclaw University of Technology,
