Lead Sourcing Specialist
On behalf of SANOFI (Spain & Portugal)
In the Sanofi Recruitment Hub we specialize in providing high quality support to Hiring Mangers and Candidates across Europe. Our main focus is to deliver a more diverse, engaged and productive workforce whilst streamlining processes, increasing efficiency and enabling the best candidate experience.
My role is to provide proactive sourcing for niche roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry, headhunting and searching on job boards and social networking sites.
I work closely with the Recruitment Delivery team by setting and executing sourcing strategies and providing comprehensive market and competitors analysis (market mapping) when required.

Sourcer
- Implement and execute sourcing programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Leverage multiple recruiting sources and Internet sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including databases, search engines, job boards, social media, etc.
- Manage full-cycle hiring for multiple global requirements, including all hiring steps involved from sourcing/reviewing candidate profiles, to offer negotiation stages while maintaining a commitment to candidate experience
- Detailed analysis of the JD – to understand the client's requirement thoroughly
- Recruiting worldwide candidates (EU and NON EU)
- Organising and conducting phone/ skype/ F2F interviews in English, Polish and Spanish
- Building network of professional contacts via Linkedin and Goldenline
- Close cooperation with operational department
- Close cooperation with marketing department related with advertisement of job offers, participation in job fairs, cooperation with universities, etc.
- Proven experience working with global and distributed teams
