Junior HR Specialist
RECRUITMENT:
- Conducting End-to-End recruitment processes for IT Hub, HR SSC and Financial & Accounting departments of Arla GSS Centre (Gdańsk, Poland)
EMPLOYER BRANDING:
- Taking part in job fairs and other events focused on new talents' acquisition programmes
- Building and managing relationships with universities (career offices) and agencies suppliers
- Taking part in additional HR projects and initiatives focused on employer branding, like new EB campaign
OTHER ACTIVITIES/PROJECTS:
- Providing daily support for Hiring Managers as well as employees with regards to HR related matters
- Conducting onboarding programme for new joiners
- Conducting exit interviews with leavers
- Taking part in process improvements' projects including process mapping
- Knowledge management – support in preparation of manuals for Hiring Managers regarding recruitment process flow in Arla

- Proactive sourcing of candidates using a variety of job boards, social media tools and databases,
- Screening CV’s against position criteria,
- Conducting prescreening interviews and competency based interviews with candidates,
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers throughout whole recruitment process,
- Managing databases (SAP), general administration of the recruitment process and candidate management,
- Participating in Employer Branding's projects.
