• Participating actively in negotiations - annual spend 5 mln PLN
• Cooperating with corrugate suppliers to ensure expected quality deliveries for best possible price

• Coordinating European corrugates tenders
• Identification and implementation savings initiatives,
• Commercial negotiations and business approvals support
• Generating purchase orders in E1, data evaluation
• Benchmarking against other Avon corrugate suppliers,
• Sourcing admin support - arranging travels, hotels, and providing day to day support for team and managers

Achievements: Lead time reduction from 7 days to just in time, savings on corrugates according to business targets, improved performance with the key corrugate suppliers. Implementation of rolling cover, safety stocks reductions by 10%.
