Sourcing Specialist
-Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements
-If required, prepare an initial draft sourcing strategy for review
-Upon application, screen candidate applications and CV’s for initial suitability
-Further qualify candidates by telephone to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists. Utilise relevant telephone interview techniques as directed (i.e. competency based interviews, behavioral interview questions, etc)
-Develop an awareness of the client’s business and wider sector

-Monitor all GDS Aviation mailboxes and action all e-mails within the company and departmental time frame.
-Communicate both internally and externally as directed and agreed, including direct contact with our Customers
-Assist all departments, UK and international, with all GDS Aviation queries.
-Train customer service team on GDS processes and soft skills training

-Provide service excellence to Qatar Airways customers through telephone, email and fax and optimize passenger satisfaction.
