- Monitoring standard time of item production and material cost analysis ( Bill of material analysis)
- Transportation cost impact analysis – truck stuffing, truck cost, changes in incoterms impact
- Model profitability analysis - by model, country, type
- Labor cost analysis - manpower monitoring, temporary and regular workers
- Inventory calculation - Day Inventory Outstanding, Finish Goods and Raw material aging
- Production scrap monitoring – allocated on particular product or on all products
- Budget execution - monitoring departments expenses according to given budget
- Supervise accounting according to policy and management decision
- Responsible for Financial closing activities in ERP system – actual cost closing
- Monitoring operating indicators – production capability, idle time , production plan accuracy, on time delivery, rate of rework
