• Provide all necessary products support to collect and distribute all the information to the ibm.com community to increase the product knowledge
• Help other members of pSeries group Telesales support, coaching, training, solving issues within team.
• Cover increased support in order to work closely with the Telemarketing, WEB, TeleCoverage to increase the volume of opportunities in the ibm.com pipeline for all 5 countries
• Deliver opportunities closing support, work with all Telesales and the country Brand Leaders to identify the key gaps and bring ideas/actions accelerating the sales execution speed
• Direct sales management support for the management and the country teams to handle and communicate the sales and the operational status within the daily business situations
