- Management and coordination of information flow among NCR, its employees and the outsourced payroll provider with usage of the local language and in accordance to the agreed time schedules;
- Collecting and checking for correctness information sent for monthly salary processing by HR and business units to Payroll, with usage of the internal HR system;
- Checking the validation reports and payslips for correctness;
- Approving salaries for each payroll;
- Processing additional offline payments requested from payroll provider and EFT Urgent Payments processed through company’s internal units;
- Responsiveness to queries from employees, managers and corporate units on the field of payroll;
- Processing of 3rd party payments such as court orders, unions, insurance providers etc.
- Representation of the company at the operational level in contacts with the third parties such as local tax office and social office;
- Assisting Accenture Team in the reconciliation process in respect of payroll entries;
- Creating manual journals when required and uploading into Oracle;
- Managing the overpayment cases;
- Participating in End of Year process for both UK and Ireland including approving quarterly letters totaling tax and NI payments (PAYE and PRSI in Ireland) and submitting on-line returns via respective websites (HMRC & ROS);
- Preparing quarterly SOX control comparing HR and Payroll data in respect of the salary and FML codes correctness and other SOX controls;
- Assisting PWC Team in conducting annual internal audit;
- Ad hoc payroll duties when required;

- searching for the new partners and preparing tailor-made cooperation offers
- negotiating terms of agreement;
- direct contact with business client;
- updating data base, mainly with the price lists.
