* Provide GSSC, local GSSO and business management with learnings and directives what will be the implications of implementing FOM
* Lead process mapping and cut-off point discussions with local GSSO managers and Controller to align the process scope (especially Period End Closing) with the standard set-up
* Developing, within the overall project plan, a detailed mapping, analysis and validation of activites, listing exactly what needs to be done by whom in what order by when
* Interfacing the local and GSSC management teams to resolve issues
* Ensuring minimum activites are deviations
* Coordinate and monitor project summary preparation and follow up on actions
* Actively undertake actions to drive change
* Support the production of process documentation and Service Level Agreements and ensure it has the required quality
