• providing professional NPR service for Philips plants in France
• responsible for sourcing and procurement process management (solving problems with not delivered orders; requesting for quotations, creating orders, solving problems with overdue invoices, being first contact point for Philips customers as far as order related issues are concerned)

• delivering support to the Sourcing Specialists community: Polish and French market
• verifying and confirming purchase orders vs Philips contracts
• managing suppliers’ base and creating purchasing instructions for the Transactional Shared Service Center (Infosys BPO)
