• Responsibility for implementation, coordination and optimization of HR processes & tools -
onboarding, off-boarding, HR& EE Lifecycle, benefits services, company cars policy
• Close cooperation and supporting Management & EEs with tasks and issues regarding HR
• Playing a role of Compliance Champion and monitoring HR processes in accordance with legal
requirements and company policy
• Advisory service and expertise on Labour Law matters
• Monitoring key HR indicators and preparing monthly analyzes and reports
• Cooperation with external providers (LUX MED, Medicover, EHS, Payroll providers)
• Complex HR administration and providing full employment documentation (contracts, mutual and
