Hr Specialist
- Cooperating with all internal departments and managers regarding recruitment process and other HR related issues
- Coordinating and conducting full cycle recruitment processes for IT positions: screening of CVs, conducting quick calls and face to face interviews with selected candidates, preparing and presenting job offers
- Managing the on-boarding for new employees and making sure all hiring documentation is in place
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment companies
- Being a part of a team working on a new Employer Branding Strategy, participating in Job Fairs, contacting universities and taking part in other promotional activities
