Responsable for general performance (P&L, BS), sales (220 million EUR p.a.), marketing, controlling, HR of Rittal subsidiaries in Eastern Europe (Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Finland).

Responsible for the regional management of six South American countries and the Caribbean Region from the regional headquarters in Bogota, Colombia.
Established and in charge of the regional HUB. Focused on setting up an extensive regional sales and product marketing strategy in industry (especially oil & gas, mining) and IT markets.

In charge of developing and executing the subsidiary’s complete reorganization with emphasis on a new go-to-market and infrastructure set up. Full P&L and BS responsibility.
