Quality & Industrial Performance Manager
Quality Responsibilities:
• Manages the quality function within one site
• Develops quality action plans, allocates resources.
• Manage the quality improvements of products / processes / deliveries within his entity which impacts directly or indirectly the customers satisfaction.
Main activities:
• Define, implement and manage the action plans which contributes to improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals.
• Measure and analyze performance, to ensure continuous improvement
• Ensure the adherence to the Quality Management System of the entity, & monitor its continuous evolution & adaptation to quality issues and to internal directives
• Represent the client and work to his satisfaction within entity; alert management of problems and uncontrolled risks related to Product or Service, propose action plans
• Challenge any process that affects Customer Satisfaction; Support & escalate unresolved issues if necessary.
• Manage curative, corrective and preventive actions in response to customer dissatisfaction and hazards aiming at protecting the customer and seeking to prevent recurrence
• Monitor & ensure that root causes & corrective actions are well developed & applied according to the selected problem-solving methodologies for Product & Delivery issues.
• Identify & capitalize on best practices in quality & spread them throughout the entity to help it progress
• Manage team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
• Animate quality teams and develop their skills
Industrial Performance Responsibilities:
• Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for industrialization / manufacturing / front-end activities (Lean Mfg, MTM, simulation tools, cost analysis, tendering, engineering, project management, …etc) in a plant.
• Driving the deployment of Schneider Production System (SPS) in the plant
Main activities:
• SPS level in the plant
• Facilitate and ensure achieving of performance target
• Implement the concept of green / red, principles of SPS, architecture lines, SIM, MPH …
• Promote the growing skills at all levels in the factory on the principles of manufacturing excellence
• Perform diagnostics sector
• Experts of MPH architecture
• Is in charge of the continuous improvement of the whole process
• Manages the quality function within one site
