• Lead Lean Manufacturing team in plant;
• Lead lean workshops to eliminate waste inside plant;
• Promote & maintain Lean culture in plant, perform 5s audits inside plant
• Promote & maintain suggestion program;
• Implement & maintain Value Stream Mapping for processes;
• Provide lean training, promote lean culture inside plant workforce;
• Follow up on jobs in production to investigate errors, determines solutions and initiates changes;
• Implement & maintain standards in plant;
• Lead saving activities in plant
• Implement & maintain WPO standards in plant;
• Train plant crew in lean principles and practices
• Support quality department activities (standards, trainings, documentation)
• Lead external customers audits
• Implementation of complex KPI`s tracking system (such as OEE)

Quality Responsibilities:
• Manages the quality function within one site
• Develops quality action plans, allocates resources.
• Manage the quality improvements of products / processes / deliveries within his entity which impacts directly or indirectly the customers satisfaction.
Main activities:
• Define, implement and manage the action plans which contributes to improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals.
• Measure and analyze performance, to ensure continuous improvement
• Ensure the adherence to the Quality Management System of the entity, & monitor its continuous evolution & adaptation to quality issues and to internal directives
• Represent the client and work to his satisfaction within entity; alert management of problems and uncontrolled risks related to Product or Service, propose action plans
• Challenge any process that affects Customer Satisfaction; Support & escalate unresolved issues if necessary.
• Manage curative, corrective and preventive actions in response to customer dissatisfaction and hazards aiming at protecting the customer and seeking to prevent recurrence
• Monitor & ensure that root causes & corrective actions are well developed & applied according to the selected problem-solving methodologies for Product & Delivery issues.
• Identify & capitalize on best practices in quality & spread them throughout the entity to help it progress
• Manage team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
• Animate quality teams and develop their skills


Industrial Performance Responsibilities:
• Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for industrialization / manufacturing / front-end activities (Lean Mfg, MTM, simulation tools, cost analysis, tendering, engineering, project management, …etc) in a plant.
• Driving the deployment of Schneider Production System (SPS) in the plant
Main activities:
• SPS level in the plant
• Facilitate and ensure achieving of performance target
• Implement the concept of green / red, principles of SPS, architecture lines, SIM, MPH …
• Promote the growing skills at all levels in the factory on the principles of manufacturing excellence
• Perform diagnostics sector
• Experts of MPH architecture
• Is in charge of the continuous improvement of the whole process

- Coach and Mentor Regional TMS Leaders (remote global location support)

- Facilitate Lead and Support TMS for Executives workshops as assigned.

- Support development of Standardized TMS Training Materials for application globally.

- Support University Plants in development of Global TMS Standard practices and processes.

- Lead and Facilitate Team Leaders training.

- Develop best practice for Kaizen Shop development.

- Train, Mentor, and Coach Lean Leaders, Team Leaders and Group Leaders in practical and consistent application of the Job Instruction Methodology.

- Support total Process Excellence in facilities by training and deploying Lean tools such as Standardized Work, J-I-M, SMED, Problem Solving, Kanban Implementation, TPM, Visual Management, 5S, and Process design.

- Interact effectively with Global Process Excellence team members to insure total efficiency in all processes.

-Participate in divisional kaizen community activities;
-Implement & maintain standards in plant;
-Manufacturing performance savings tracker supervision for plant;

 Implement & maintain Nexteer production system
 Lead Kaizen workshops to eliminate waste inside Gliwice plant;
 Promote & maintain 5s culture in plant,
 Perform 5s audits inside plant;
 Promote & maintain suggestion program;
 Implement & maintain Value Stream Mapping for Gliwice processes;
 Participate in global lean community activities;
 Implement & maintain WPO standards in plant;
 Train plant crew in lean principles and practices
 Participate in implementation and maintain ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 in area of responsibility.

Oprócz obowiązków Inżyniera procesu kieruję grupą wprowadzającą system Lean w zakładzie pracy.
Dodatkowo wprowadzam program sugestii w oparciu o system KAIZEN.

• Planowanie rozmieszczenia procesów w celu ich optymalizacji;
• Analizowanie czasów w celu optymalizacji przepływu i redukcji kosztów;
• Analizowanie pracy stanowiskowej i eliminowanie zbędnych przebiegów;
• Projektowanie stanowisk pracy;
• Optymalizowanie metod pracy operatorów;
• Przygotowywanie dokumentacji jakościowej i technologicznej;
• Planowanie i koordynowanie wprowadzania zmian w systemie produkcji;
• Ustalanie ilości osób koniecznych do wyprodukowania wyrobów w ilości wymaganej przez klienta;
• wdrażanie metodologii Lean oraz Kaizen
