Product Development Director
EuropeMountains.com is your ski holiday specialist to make finding and booking the perfect ski deal as easy as possible.
My duties include:
• Product development from vision to customers served.
• Creation and maintaining an effective cross-functional team (sales, customer service, software developers).
• Setup and execution of effective marketing and sales strategies (online - SEO, PPC, Affiliation).
• Supervision of contracting, negotiation contracts for key suppliers.
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with supply and distribution partners.
• Responsibility for project’s P&L and reporting directly to the Board.
Selected achievements:
• Built the widest selection of ski holiday accommodation on the Polish market.
• Built a network from 0 to more than 500 travel agents in Poland since November 2015.
• The service my team and I created keeps getting excellent reviews year after year.
• Turnover growth rate above 30% in the last two years.

Co-founded an incoming tour operator to Poland. Within StayPoland I created several products and successfully managed various teams. The company was acquired by eTravel S.A. after a decade of fun and hard work.

• StayPoland.com – wide array of incoming services to Poland.
• Europe-Cities.com – online travel guide
• HotelCalculator.com –hotel price comparison engine (started in 2008) with 32 systems integrated.
• EuropeMountains.com – ski holiday specialist.
Teams I managed (headcount peaked at approx. 65 while average number was 35):
• Software architects – team of up to 12 software developers.
• Customer service staff – teams (divided by products) of up to 12.
• Contracting department – teams of up to four contracting managers.
• Accounting department – internal department incl. the Head Accountant.
• In-house and remote content editors –a team of 10 writers and editors, incl. four in-house.
StayPoland Sp. z o.o. was acquired by eTravel S.A. – Poland’s business travel leader – in November 2014.
