- Project management from request for quotation phase ( RFQ ) until release to serial production ( SOP +90) for PSA group.
- Responsibility for technical and financial side of the project.
- Multi-departmental cooperation with PSA development center in Velizy (France) and product manufacturing area in Trnava ( Slovakia ).
- Coordination of the tasks for Poland Production Department according to timing, budget and PSA requirements.

- Leadership of international projects (Audi and PSA group) starting from RFQ to implementation for serial production life
- Leading the projects development in line with Advanced Product Quality Planning
- Supervising multi-disciplinary project teams, assessing and evaluating results of team members
- Ensuring project deliverables achieved within time, cost and scope (supervision of project timing and budget)
- Managing product and project scope changes
- Monitoring and tracking project’s progress
- Coordination of all necessary activities related to customer RFQ

Responsible for Glass Preprocessing - cutting, grinding, drilling, washing , Automation Glass Inspection system and Automation Loading Station
3 production lines - 8 cutting and grinding machines, 5 drilling machines, 3 washing machines , 3 AGI systems and 3 Vectec - Fanuc RobotLoading Stations

- Cooperation with maintenance, quality, development and production departments,
- Evaluation of new technical solutions and reviewing documents,
- Supervision of chemicals (SG TAS standard),
- Supervision of hazardous work and the work of subcontractors,
- Preparation of prototype and serial production,
- Preparation and modification projects in accordance with the principles of EHS,
- Corrective actions in relation to non-compliance of the product and process,
- Creating the process documentation,
- Support in the quotation process, feasibility studies and evaluation of new products in all stages of implementation,
- Elimination of quality problems and building a culture of continuous improvement,
- Organization and supervision over the WCM projects,
- Cooperation with competency centers and machines suppliers,
- Optimization of production, control / monitoring / control of process parameters
- SPC data analysis, supervision of product quality and introduction of corrective actions of non-compliance of the product and process,
- Programming, maintenance and support of optical systems SynergX,
- Programming and support of Fanuc robots and camera systems Vectec,
- Design projects in technical investments planning,

- Implementation to production and supervision of the new projects,
- Preparation of prototype and serial production,
- Designing, installing and commissioning new production units,
- Development of process documentation such as technology control plan, changeovers instructions , PFMEA,
- Work in the SAP system,
- Monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes;
- Designing, ordering and implementation of new tools,
- Managing the cost and time constraints of projects,
