Help involved countries understand and operate the End2End process design in various systems environments, to extract the business benefits from standardized processes.

Support process execution through timely response to user queries and issues and efficient management of those that cross process/organizational boundaries

Organize and participate in super-user networks and participate in global expert networks to share experience and best practices

Participate in Fixed Asset Standarization Subject Metter Expert Network team - identifying, challenging and testing standard process gaps, proposing and testing new process design.

Provide training with regards to process changes particularly around new releases of standards (and versions of tools).

Support efforts of user acceptance testing, training and stabilization

Manage requests for changes and enhancements to standards and/or systems

Provide Training to End Users and Super Users on standard process desing
Testing and coordinating testers group for Customer Acceptance Testing
Providing and maintaining rolemapping of the Reporting team
Data validation and consistency check
Maintenance and testing interface between different SAP systems
Suporting and testing mapping between Global SAP and GARANCE (Group Reporting system to submit financial statements)

- Creating Finacial Statement for Financial Information Reporting System, checking corretness and completness, correcting errors, SOX controls
- Processing interfaces between P65 and P31 SAP systems, transferring Fixed Assets, checking correction and completness, fixing errors
- Processing IT cost interfaces, payroll, correcting errors
- IntraGroup reconciliantion
- Processing deferred charges and deferred incomes
- Allocation and reconciliation Intercompany balances
- Coding AP Invoices
- Checking parked AP documents, accruals, etc


Acting as trainer and of Reporting processes inside and outside of the team

Creating and maintaining intranet website of the team
