Learning & Development Business Partner (Upskilling Partner)
This role supports training need analysis and strategy planning for people development in IBM Client Innovation Centre Wroclaw and Katowice as a business consultant and advisory unit for L&D Manager. Main areas of responsibility are around understanding the business needs and IBM education priorities through building and maintaining rapport with stakeholders (HR, Recruitment, Resource Deployment and Senior Management), gathering and analysis of data to provide recommendations on using / building appropriate education tools / activities to support upskilling and people development in key technological areas, critical for the company.
Training and Development Specialist
• Conduct training needs analysis and the development of training plans.
• Schedule courses; establish/maintain relationships with internal and external vendors.
• Present information using a variety of instructional delivery methods including classroom settings and distance learning.
• Assist with the development of technical or workflow training documentation as needed, such as manuals, user guides, quick reference materials or checklists.
• Prepare, organize, edit course material; ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• “High Potential” staff management.
Responsible for creation, delivery and overall “Training Cycle” aspects, as per below:
