Responsibilities:
• Taking care of 3 production plants (Hungary, China, Mexico), analysing the production & product problems
• Supervision of the CADM-A design team working on the project (in peak 7 engineers, normally 4 engineers), splitting the tasks, creating the mark ups, LOP lists updates – all via teleconferences (Webex meetings)
• Communication and technical reviews with different suppliers (worldwide) personally and via teleconferences
• Communication with the intern BOS factories and production issues (in Europe, China, Mexico)
• Data management / Team Center – PDM
• DMU Checks responsibility
• Prototype parts / 3D printed parts – testing
• Stack Up Analysis (Tolerance calculations) responsibility

Responsibilities:
• 3D Design concept work on the complete panoramic roof system (preparing 3D models of Front Part, Guiding Rail, Side Covers, Glass Panels, Metal Frames, Water End Caps, Drainages)
• Communication and design reviews with the suppliers
• Preparation of the overview presentations for customer

Project:
VW Group – Panoramic Roof Systems (Golf) - Concept

Responsibilities:
• 3D Design concept work on the panoramic roof system (optimization of the parts, update the 3D models to the new styling surfaces)
• Preparation of the overview presentations for customer

Project:
SAM – Electric car – cargo version – Prototype Production

Responsibilities:
• Supervision of the CADM-A design team working on the project (4 engineers) and splitting the tasks, creating the mark ups, LOP lists – all via teleconferences
• Designing 3D models (Windshield - based on Glass Fiber, Front Bumper, Hood Cover, sheet metal brackets)

CAD Design Engineer

Responsibilities and projects:
• JLR Tenneco - X760, X260, X761, L560 – 2D Design – creating the technical documentation for exhaust systems, GD&T and data management in SAP System
• MAGNA DE – BMW G32 – Tolerance calculations – Stack Up Analysis - for the inner door panels front & rear
• MAN NHMR – 3D Design / Concept work - for dash board covers, cup holders, air vents and glow box
• GRUPO ANTOLIN – Audi Q5 – 2D Design – updates of the drawings, checking the layouts
• ITW – VW Crafter – 3D & 2D Design – concept and prototype phase design of inner door handles and housings
• PHI – VW 416 – 3D Design – concept work for radio housing and glow box

- reproduction and creation of CAD models in SolidWorks 2010-2012 of mechatronic test set up to analyze the feed drives and behavior of machine tools
- preparation of the technical documentations

- setting up the electrical and mechanical equipment connection for the generator
