KAIZEN Promotion Officer / Continous Improvement Manager
Daily Kaizen activities including Gemba Walks, Standard Work support, Start Up meetings, etc.
 Lead internal improvement projects
 Joins high priority (i.e. cross functional, high impact) Kaizen events and projects lead by Amazon Seller ACE team
 General duties to support and improve operationally and financially the local Seller Support program
 Identifies opportunities / issues, defines and manages continuous improvement projects using the Kaizen/Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology
 Directs and controls the required actions, and has the authority for action task assignment and project schedule
 Interdisciplinary interfacing with the functional work streams associated with project tasks
 Responsible for regular internal and external communications and formal project reviews with the TP-project sponsor and the AMAZON Seller counterparts
 Recommends solutions and controls which support improvements and implements approved recommendations
 Training of Teleperformance staff on Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma tools and methodology
 Provides event follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, appropriate management support, and achievement of expected benefits. Uses appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements.
 Develops reports of overall Continuous Improvement activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities and anticipated needs.
 Coordinates with related departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.
 Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
