Global Head of IT Unified Communications Services
- Globally accountable for all the Nokia IT Unified Communications Services for ~100 000 employees worldwide:
- Telephony (VoIP Core, Fixed Telephony, Call Centers),
- Virtual Conferencing (WebEx meeting/event/training center - Cisco cloud),
- Softphone, presence and chat (Cisco Jabber, Skype for Business)
- Video conferencing (Cisco, LifeSize, Polycom)
- SMS Gateway
- Home Office Connection
- Telecom Expense Management (fleet of the 100 000 subscriptions)
- Mobile Voice costs (more than 200 mobile operators worldwide and 100 000 mobile subscriptions)
- Accountable for the entire life cycle, the operational and financial performance of IT Communication Services.
- Accountable for the development and implementation of the strategy in alignment with the business needs.
- Accountable for the overall Communication Services continuity, the overall quality assurance, and the performance (including financials) as well as follow-up of the business benefit realization.
- Accountable for the processing and translations of the business demands and requirements towards requirements and roadmaps for the Communication Services.
- Interacts and network with Business stakeholders and leaders on (E)VP level.
- Dealing with global providers, e.g. Cisco, Telefonica, HPE, Microsoft, Orange, etc.
- Overall budget responsibility for 9 digit Euro annually.

- Heading the global program and project management team of ~30 employees. Executing ~150-200 IT projects/year globally.
- Dealing with the most strategic initiative of changing the company R&D profile worldwide from IT perspective.
- Providing IT Infrastructure support to M&A cases.
- Budget responsibility ~X M€/year.
- Global responsibility for the IT Infrastructure services deployment projects to all Nokia offices (~400 offices)
- Heading the global program and project management team of ~30 employees. Executing ~150-200 IT projects/year globally.
- Dealing with the most strategic initiative of changing the company R&D profile worldwide from IT perspective.

Global Head of IT M&A Project Execution and Office Integration

- Heading global team (split to 5 continents) ~40 managers

- Accountable for execution of the NSN restructuring/transformation program related to M&A from IT infrastructure perspective
Achievements:
- Built world-class team of program and project managers from scratch
- Reduced cost of IT PMs by 30% during 2011, while increasing head count
- Successfully introduced KPI measurement system
- Introduced new processes in IT department (operations)
- Successfully prepared Global Service Agreement for infrastructure services (for over 1400 servers in scope) in 2010
- Successfully managed global stream in the Motorola acquisition program (14 IT regional heads directly reporting to undersigned)
