Work for Delphi Poland S.A. Krakow, member of 3 people IT team which provide support for almost 1000 Delphi employees in two localizations in Krakow
· Providing software, hardware and voice support for users (“Tier III”)
· Server maintenance (data backup/restore support)
· Network devices maintenance (switches, patch panels, UPS)
· Installing, updating and providing care for network applications used by client (W2K&W2K3)
· Installing and administrating network printers (scanners)
· PBX administration (Avaya Site Administration)
· Solving problems reported to helpdesk (on-site and remotely, Digital Workflow)
· Users data access rights management (Active Directory)
· Providing desktop/laptop installation and configuration

· Schooling new IT Trainees
