Role Description
For one of the biggest energy distributor in Poland my team delivered solution in scope of Investment,
Procurement and Logistics functions restructuring and development. During the project I was personally
responsible for Supply Chain Model redesign in scope of warehouse structure, information and goods flow, and
new organization design.
Customer: Gas Mining Company., Poland – 2011
Role Description
Warehousing policy and supply chain goals optimization for major gas mining company in Poland. The project
encompassed review and optimization initiatives definition for internal audit structure. Main areas of the project
was drilling pipes inventory policy optimization and drilling spare parts inventory management.

Processes and organization structure optimization for one of the biggest Ukrainian Steelworks in Poland. The
project encompassed review and optimization initiatives definition covering all major functions in the organization
– production, supply chain, purchasing, sales and administration.

• POSITION DESCRIPTION
Multi-location and international team manager for functional and technical JDA Environments support and improvement. Responsible for local and remote operations across borders and functions (SCM functional and technical skills team).
o Since 2006 I have successfully managed and taken care of professional development of my six-member team located in Poland and US. That scope of my responsibility includes team’s daily operations supervision, familiarizing the team with the customer’s needs and providing guidance to the team based on principals direction.
o Support management for Advanced planning systems and processes – JDA Manugistics SCPO & Fulfillment 7.4 (Frito Lay) & 7.2 (Bridgestone) and Transport 7.2. (Both). User’s daily operations assistance and improvement. Working offsite and onsite from Warsaw, Poland and Muscatine, Iowa, US.
o Expertise role as a functional supply chain specialist on customer’s side, responsible for continuous improvement on supply chain processes.
o Business requirements analysis and BRS (Business Requirements Specification) process management. New solution design architect responsible for system reconfiguration model based on customer business requirements.
o In charge of solution prototype and pilot functional development & configuration. Solution test process and execution and deployment.
o Responsible for tool integrations with other business systems and processes within most effective utilization of the supply planning solution (Manugistics)
o Risk assessment management for new functionalities and changes
o Customer relationships management, new SCM Sow’s design and pricing.
• ACHIEVEMENTS
o Successful implementation of direct delivery project for Frito Lay Poland. Changes of supply chain network and setup that my team designed and deployed allows my customer to reduce central warehouse inventory level by 50% and the whole chain inventory by 20%.
o Being for the last 3 years in charge of CFT SCM department, I have successfully managed service team located in Poland and US. We deliver high quality, 24/7 maintenance for our customers; working within SLA restrictions and in close cooperation with JDA Support team.
o My team designed and successfully delivered software and process migrations for our customers. As a vendor project manager I was responsible for all deliverables in the following upgrade projects: JDA Fulfillment 6.1. to 6.1.8 (Europe), Note: go-life 2007. JDA Transportation 6.2 to 7.2 (Europe) Note: go-life 2008 and 7.1 to 7.2 (USA) Note: go-life Nov 2009.
