• conducting of the individual and commercial investment projects: implementation and optimization of projects from the moment of land purchase to the delivery, coordination of the design, preparatory and construction phases, supervision over the works of the General Contractor;
• cooperation with the vendors and institutions: obtaining all necessary administrative decisions and permits, trade negotiations with subcontractors and vendors, selection of subcontractors/ vendors of particular scopes of works for the assigned project, signing contracts with selected tenderers;
• time and financial control of the project: creation of budgets, preparation of plans and the implementation schedules as well as their timely execution, settlement of the investment, assessment of activities compliance with the schedule and contract terms;
• co-operation with a project team: co-conducting and active participation in coordination meetings, supervising the quality of work, co-operation with project teams, customer teams and other professionals to ensure hassle-free integration of all work, management of a subordinate team of employees.
