ITIL Process Controller
- Knowledge of ITIL support standards and practices;
- Contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of services within the Asset ad Management area of responsibility and assist where required in supporting other Areas;
- Effectively organizing and planning work accordingly by defining objectives clearly and thinking ahead about what will be needed;
- Creating licensing reports on monthly basis;
- Assigning Microsoft licenses via Office 365 Portal;
- Creating ad hoc reports;
- Monitoring license compliance;
- Keeping Configuration Management Database up to date;
- Approving licensing requests;
- Developing an understanding customers’ environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of the service;
- Delivering required service level and meeting customer expectations/SLA.

Process Executive
- Creation, Amendment and Deletion in Master Database based on client’s request;
- Reports preparation on client request;
- Registration of all requests and queries received from the client;
- Update of process documentation;
- Participation in meetings/calls/reviews with client;
- Executing, optimize & improve quality checks;
- Coordinating incident resolution across delivery locations/teams;
- Providing inputs to improvement initiatives/process changes;
- Taking initiative to ensure a high level of consistency within master data.
