As a team leader (lead planner):
- first point of escalation for 16 raw and pack material planners responsible for Unilever Ice cream category
- supporting manager in daily duties
- maintaining relations between 9 SUs located in Europe and Katowice HUB
- daily contact with category, procurement and logistics department
- maintaining database, creating reports and analysis for Operations Director and Cluster Procurement Manager

- contract management for "Calippo tubs and lids"
- first point of contact in case of potential service risks

planning and ordering oils and fats for four Unilever factories in Germany and seven 3rd Party factories located in Austria and Switzerland - part of Unilever Supply Chain Company. Co-ordinating, controlling OTD performance. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. Stock management.
